Communications Specialist. Multimedia Storyteller.

Nikki believes in the power of human-centered stories to spark change and drive impact.

Nikki lives in Atlantic Canada and, currently, is working as a development researcher for several documentary series with topics ranging from true crime to sustainable living. In 2025, she was part of a small, nimble crew that filmed a short National Geographic documentary across Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island.

Nikki spent the majority of her professional life living abroad. She began her career as a communications manager for an adventure company in Torres del Paine National Park, Chilean Patagonia. Thereafter, she spent several years working as a content producer for international charities including the Red Cross and Save the Children in London, UK. Her time living abroad plays a major role regarding the types of projects she chooses to take on - most notably stories shining a light on human resilience, environmental issues, humanitarian issues, and more.

In her spare time, Nikki is working on a long-form photography project as well as a short-form documentary of her own.

She holds an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies and Economics from McGill University in Montréal, Canada as well as a graduate degree in International Journalism from City, University of London in London, UK.
